Kai Gai Solutions is a privately held Oregon S corporation founded in 2007.

In its early stages, KGS provided transshipment services for SHOP.COM, one of the largest internet shopping malls, but quickly broadened its scope.

Today, the company provides services through Kai Gai Shoppers that link US merchants and Japanese consumers, as well as offering B2B solutions for small to medium sized Japanese merchants.

Heidi Heidi Nestler
Co-Founder/President

Heidi Nestler has more than 10 years of international business experience within customer-merchant relations management in Japan and the US.

Her primary roles are to supervise the company's team members to make sure that our quality of customer service remains that of top Japanese companies and exceeds customers' expectations.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of New York, Albany.

Daisuke

Daisuke Fukushima
Co-Founder/Vice President and COO

Prior to founding KGS, Daisuke (pronouced "Dice K") served as President and Chief Liaison Officer of SHOP.COM KK, the Japanese subsidiary of SHOP.COM which today is known as SHOP MA, INC.

As COO of the company, DiceK is accountable for optimizing the company's daily operations, including traffic and customer acquisition, revenue generation and the company's IT system to support the growth of the company as well as the company's strategic planning and business development.

DiceK has more than 20 years of experience in technical liaison and executive management. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Comparative Education) from University of New York, Albany.
